Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.


Digital Products
Please note that digital products (such as PDF downloads) cannot be returned or refunded once the file has been delivered, due to the nature of downloadable content.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will help resolve it.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please contact us first.


Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
